UI/UX Designer

Quarrymarketing is looking for a UI/UX Designer to shape how our clients’ products and websites look, feel, and work. You’ll partner with our brand and development teams to turn research and strategy into interfaces people enjoy using.

What you’ll do

Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and product projects. Conduct lightweight user research and translate findings into design decisions. Build and maintain reusable design systems and component libraries. Collaborate with developers to make sure designs are implemented accurately. Present and explain design decisions to clients.

What we’re looking for

A strong portfolio showing end-to-end UX process, from research to final UI. Proficiency in Figma or a similar design tool. A solid understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and interaction patterns. Comfort presenting work and taking feedback from clients and teammates. Experience designing for both web and mobile.

Nice to have

Basic front-end coding literacy (HTML/CSS). Experience with motion or micro-interaction design. Prior agency experience working across multiple client brands at once.
